You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload anything that you do not have the rights to share. ICANNOMAD is not liable for any loss or damage related to your content.

We do not actively monitor all User Content, but we reserve the right to:

• Remove or disable access to content that we consider to violate these Terms or applicable law;

• Suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms;

• Cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal activity.

We are not liable for the removal or non-removal of any content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
