This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users of ICANNOMAD may request a refund or cancel a subscription or service. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the following terms.


💳 1. General Refund Policy

All purchases on ICANNOMAD are subject to the terms below. We strive to be fair and transparent, but we also protect the integrity of our platform from abuse.

Refunds may be granted under limited circumstances, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.


📦 2. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital services:

  • Refunds are generally not available once a digital product, subscription, or premium service has been accessed or used.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased service, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.

Note: Accessing the content or services is considered “consumption” and voids refund eligibility.


🛑 3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or partially used subscription plans

  • Promotional or discounted purchases

  • Advertising campaigns already launched

  • Featured listings, badges, or boosts already used

  • Donations, tips, or voluntary payments


🕒 4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately upon cancellation.


🚫 5. Abuse and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting our support team first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account

  • Loss of access to purchased features or funds

  • A permanent ban from ICANNOMAD

We take fraudulent or abusive chargebacks seriously and may dispute them with evidence.


💼 6. Refund Process

To request a refund (if eligible):

  1. Email us at support@icanomad.com

  2. Include: your username, order ID, purchase date, and reason for the request

  3. Our support team will respond within 5 business days

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


🌍 7. Regional Consumer Rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable local laws (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). In such cases, this policy will be interpreted in line with those regulations.

Please note:

  • Right of withdrawal does not apply to already accessed digital content.

  • You waive your right to withdrawal once digital access begins.
